Dear Customers: In the current pandemic situation, we are all adjusting many aspects of our lives,
and SAP is no different in that regard. Here's our current situation:
- we are only making 8oz jars, at present; all are $7 each
- our 'on hand' flavors are listed below
- any additional flavors listed as 'in stock' can be made with a 2-7 day turnaround
(please email if you are placing a time-sensitive order)
- we are happy to offer local porch deliveries and pick-ups, but greatly prefer online / digital payment options
- we can ship within MA, using USPS one-price boxes: contact us for detailed pricing
- currently sharing 10% of every order with the event host or local charity of your choice!
- we WILL have gift set trios (three 4oz jars) available in limited combinations for gift-giving season - stay tuned!
Apple Pie Jam - best ice cream sundae topping around, the full pie experience without the gluten!
Peach Preserves - pure peeled peaches (my fav on biscuits)
Southern Comfort Jam (spicy peach preserves + ginger)
Vanilla Peach Jelly - made from peels (we try not to waste!), we've been told it tastes like marshmallows
Ginger Peach Jelly - once a 'one-off' that was in high demand - versatile with both sweet + savory uses
Salty Dog Jelly - think 'margarita in jelly form' - great for charcuterie boards, with wine, & in cocktails
Queen's Jam - an all-time fav: Raspberry+Blueberry+Blackcurrant, a balanced jar of berry goodness
Simply Strawberry - what strawberries *actually* taste like
Strawberry Rhubarb - balanced strawberry flavor, sweet but not too sweet
Rasperine Jam - brand new this year! Raspberries, Nectarines, White Peaches
Black 'n Blue Preserves - our 'happy accident' flavor born out of not enough of each for a full batch; better together!
Concord Grape Jelly - purest fall flavor, and SO different from 'store' jelly (purple-colored sugar)
Crabapple with a Kick - our spiciest jelly, made with our own peppers and juice from our 100+ year old crabapples
Cinnamon Crabapple Jelly - our son's favorite, perfect for toast, and also makes a mean cool-weather cocktail
Our biggest request is that anyone who is in a position to do so, please find ways to support other
local businesses, and also the essential workers who are risking their own health to support the rest of us.
While we are happy to provide jam as a source of local food, we are fortunate to have 'day jobs'
that support our household, and thus are not dependent on jam sales for our livelihood.
But we are investing considerable funds (more than our jam sales, by far) to support the local economy, and our neighbors.
